Why solo
One engineer, the whole product.
The same person designs the schema, builds the UI, writes the API, and sets up the infra — no handoffs. That isn't a constraint; it's the point. One mind holding the entire system makes decisions a relay of specialists can't.
We've built operational software for non-software-native industries since 2018 — dashboards, CRMs and internal tools across India, Singapore and the Gulf — and folded it all into Vision Forge in 2023. The work is the same; the name finally matches the conviction.
The journey
How we got here.
- 2018
First production system
Shipped a back-office tool for a real-estate brokerage in Lucknow. The lesson was that operators trust the system long before the prettier version arrives.
- 2020
Full-stack consultancy years
Years of building dashboards, CRMs and internal tools for SMEs across India, Singapore and the Gulf — quietly learning what "operational" actually means.
- 2023
Vision Forge formed
Folded the consulting work into a single studio with a deliberate identity and a deliberate refusal to take on work that doesn't fit.

Apna CRM ships
Eleven modules for a real-estate operator — the prototype for everything that followed.
- 2026
Fortva enters private beta
Semantic search across contract vaults — the first in-house product under the Vision Forge umbrella.
